Do you provide a meet-and-greet before the house sitting begins?
Absolutely. We always arrange a meet-and-greet with you and your dog to ensure a good fit and to discuss specific needs and schedules.

What services are included in house sitting?
Our house sitting services encompass a comprehensive care package for your dog that includes mealtime feeding, regular walks, and engaging playtime. We are also open to accommodating any specific needs or requests you may have to ensure your dog's comfort and routine.

How will I know how my dog is doing?
We provide daily updates via text or email, including photos, to keep you informed about your dog's well-being.

What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00pm one week before the service begins. 12:00pm is determined by the sitter's time zone.
If cancelled later than 12:00pm one week before the stay begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 cancelled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days

Do I need to provide food and supplies?
We ask that you provide enough food, treats, and any other supplies your dog may need during the time we're sitting. This helps to keep your pet's routine as consistent as possible.

How do you handle emergencies?
In the event of an emergency, our top priority is your dog's safety. We will promptly reach out to you and ensure your pet is taken to your designated veterinarian for appropriate care.
